Enya's Foot Health Clinic is required to hold certain information relevant to your treatment including, your name , contact details including telephone number and email, personal information such as date of birth and occupation, assessment results, medical history and medication details.
Contact details are needed to rearrange, cancel your appointment or to make a medical follow up call (for examples check a dressing ). Medical history and assessment results are needed for your benefit, as its very important to carry out a safe and professional treatment. This data is kept on a consultation card completed and signed on the date of your treatment and locked away at Enya's home office .
Personal details will not be processed or accessed by any other persons other than Enya Griffin at Enya's Foot Health Clinic. Details will not be passed on to any third parties. In the event of a medical emergency, a GP can be contacted and any emergency service may access clinical records in such a event. Details will be retained for a period of up to 7 years after the last appointment.
Please note Enya's Foot Health Clinic does not sell your email address onto any third parties. We will only use your email or telephone number to contact you regarding your appointments and any special offers.
